Octoberfest in April
Last year when we made sausage we had so much fun we asked Mary if he could put up with us again to make more sausage. This year everyone made Bratwurst. They are very tasty. I didn't wait much past the morning after to fry up a bit of the sausage to try it. It was so worth it. Tastes great and we had so much fun making it that eating it just reminds us what a blast we had stuffing.
